Too many unlicensed inspectors are making money in Rhode Island.
The ASHI chapters in Massachusetts and Connecticut want to change that. These unlicensed Rhode Island inspectors are cutting in on their Rhode Island business. Licensing is a vehicle for carpet baggers. James H. Bushart Professional Building Analyst, BPI Missouri, Kansas and Arkansas 314-803-2167 |

Awh, Jim. They are just jealous. Un-licensed inspectors do generally a better job than licensed inspectors; no rules to go by. Just more political BS. Nationwide, I believe, with so many state variables, it will just be a matter of time before the feds move in.
