Would you take a case against the state of Florida if they pass legislation that places a financial burden on existing businesses not in business more than 3 years? I would only be after making the state pay the cost of the income lost in order to comply. You may be the only chance many like me have to crush this unfair proposed legislation. Florida SB 2234.
