Default AZ Commercial & Mold Inspections
Does anyone have any info regarding for Arizona:
1) Commercial inspections, do you have to have any certification or testing in AZ.. spoke to AZBTR.. my gist from them was no ..although you can not use your residential license when advertising for commercial inspections..

2) Same with mold inspections, again AZBTR, states that you may not put a mold inspection report together with the home inspection report.has to be separate. as well certification, testing ..
