One more question...
Is it only the Real Estate Agent that is able to get this??? or If I am referred by a Property management company for inspection ?sight assessments, can they be covered as well???

Right now the coverage is only provided to those who hold a real estate license.

That is great news for us here and around Brossard Area where the AIBQ buddies of the Quebec brokerage association are getting priviledged referrals from the OACIQ which goes an open market rule and Federal law. BMAinspection.com
