We think that, although she has yet to begin her song, the "fat lady" is warming up in the wings, Jeff.

We're told there may be some horse trading going on in the legislature.

Some group wants to raise the state minimum wage (lowest in the nation we've been told). Another group doesn't. We heard today that the HI bill may be a pawn in the trade (kinda like Monopoly).

You give us what we want & we'll give you what youse want (H's). Youse don't give us what wese wants and we'uns kills the HI Bill youse'uns want).

If true this could be worse than before OR ?????

At least, in the scenario you presented, you will be sodomized by your elected representatives, directly.

If that happens, drop your knickers and wave your Kansas State flag proudly, having done everything that could be legitimately done to prevent it....and remember it on election day.

I suggest everyone who is interested go to: www.kslegislature.org and click on senate. You will then see a "listen in live" link. I believe there will be some heated discussions Monday morning. This is not over yet, and could go either way. Best case, to cancel or delay bill approval until 2010. There are only just a couple of weeks left in this session. There are better things in Kansas to worry about; like imigration, education, oh, and the budget. SB 329 may be needed to cancel last year's HB 2315 so they can implement this year's 2260. Note on the journal that 2260 is way down on the list. Let us hope.

Keep in mind that Mr. Barnes has a lot of his own time, money, etc. tied up in this. He will try and say anything to get this thing through. Buckle up.

I wonder WHY he would invest so much time & MONEY into a Home Inspector's bill?

One of our New Hampshire members asked this question.....
  • Remember the California Gold Rush?
  • Who do you think GOT RICH?
  • Was it the miners?
NO!...... It was the carpet baggers selling the "Picks & Shovels!"

Has anyone looked into what Mr. Barnes and his Cohorts might have to provide / promote / sell?
  • The NHIE? {ASHI registered name & trademark}
  • Funnel ALL CE to “His and or his Cohorts School”?
  • Future “Continuing Education Classes” controlled by Jeff & his cohorts?
  • {All ASHI schools & instructors?}
  • Implement the “Pay Me The Money”…Slave Labor so called “Ride Along Program”? {This is worth tens of thousands of dollars!}
Just follow the money …….

“Special Interests Groups” AKA the Phony Coalitions ALWAYS give themselves away!

Good Luck!
