Certified Adult Training Services now
New York State approved for Continuing Education!

Certified Adult Training Services (CATS of Albany) received State approval today to provide continuing education for home inspectors. The first round of State approved CEUs are designed as basic 3 hour mini-courses, geared more toward the new home inspector.

The second round of min-courses are now in the hands of the State which we are awaiting approval. These CEUs are more in-depth are have been written for the more seasoned home inspector.

The third set of mini-courses are defined as defect recognition and pertain to problematic areas of the home. These are now in the process of being finalized and should be submitted to the State for approval by months end. This set of mini-course will be four hours in length.

All of the CEUs will be available at our Location in Albany New York. They are offered once a month during the day and once a month in the evening, a list is provided on our website with the dates, times, costs and description of the CEU, pre-registration is required.

All literature and hand-outs are included in the cost of the mini-course.
