It is incredible what people will sue for these days.

I realize that some states allow for inspectors to charge by the square foot. Stating false square footage numbers on reports can cause conflicts. I do not state square footage on reports for many reasons. Some states, and cities, have different definitions of living spaces. Best to leave that up to the city, county, or agent.
