The 2014 Florida Legislature is in session. I thought I would start this thread in case anyone has any updates on pending legislation that may affect Florida Licensed Home Inspectors. If anyone has anything to report, please post it here so Florida Inspectors can be informed of any legislation that may impact our businesses and the Florida Homeowner.
