I have heard several different responses pertaining to Home Inspection License. I am a Residential Contractor and also have my NACHI designation.
Do I still need to take the Exam for Home Inspection?

Walter

July 1, 2011 is the effective date for HB 849 which allows Division I contractors to apply for a Home Inspector license without taking the required exam til July 1, 2012.

Anyone performing Home Inspections must be licensed.
