I am sure that will change when they find a legislator willing to sponsor it.

You just don't get it, drug testing is an invasive procedure that free men need not subject themselves to. Why should I be required to give up my unalienable rights through invasive drug testing to be licensed? I am not a criminal and there is no probable cause.

I realize the statist's among us will counter if you have done nothing wrong well, no harm, no foul, just piss in the cup to get a license. But that is not how its done in America, not my America not our forefathers America we are free men with rights and one of those rights is to be free of personal searches without probable cause.

Like I said if we bend over and allow free men who have no criminal record and with no probable cause be forced to subject themselves to the degradation of public drug testing there will be no end to what we would not be willing to perform to be licensed.

Yes, Joe I understand and agree

Here are my issues.

The background and drug test can be killed as not workable because it does not produce a drug free HI.

Trying to kill it as against basic rights that some many have given up already would be harder.

Drug testing is also a black eye on the profession because it is suggesting the we have a drug problem in the profession. -- Not good

My right to work is very much being violated by this bill. Not needed Drug tests is only part of it.

Show me that HI's need to be drug tested like other professions and I might agree. Maybe we should require drug testing of our clients before we work for them. Turn about is fair play

Perhaps you should require, prior to pledging any allegiance to a "coalition", that you require a blood test and background check on each member.
