I was trying to make my post have as much sense as the bill.

Looks like I did a good job

So do more emails, phone calls, and letters

You can call the state house, at 850-488-5000 and ask for Dan. He works for the the Gov. Christ office.. He said, the bill has not hit his desk as of yet, and if he does not sign it, it goes into law by July 1.

It only goes into effect if the bill is presented to the governor, and he does not sign it. He has to have the opportunity to sign or veto prior to it becoming law.

So, does Crist stay true to form and let it slip into law with no signature, or does he show some back bone like Gov. Bush did and veto the piece of crap? Survey says?!! My voting behaviors may be forever altered after this. First the felon thing, then his party with the amnesty thing, the Jim Morrison pardon thing, and now after a big tax cluster f--- party, here we are inserting more government into the business community. Way to go chuckles. Please prove me wrong. I have been forever maimed, I no longer like clowns. After I got over the Spielberg thing I thought I could learn to love clowns again but chuckles has turned the thought of a clown into a nightmare once again. Stay tuned for the final episode of "Chuckles Does Florida"

It is probably be wise to have a good plan "B" waiting in the wings, barring some major shift in policy this bill will become law, I would right now be planning for that eventuality.

The bill was put on the Governors desk today. I knew that Nick would get it there since he is in Tallahassee today. So we will know for sure by 6/30/2007.

I had a meeting yesterday with my local Chamber of Commerce. I am encouraging the the membership to contact the Governor.

By signing this Bill, the Governor will LEGALIZE home inspectors to perform repairs on a home the day after closing.

It is on his desk. Give him a call and tell him to actually read the bill, not the summary.
