Dan

You are a pathetic liar and a disgrace. I haven't seen you prove anything but you continual ability to show your ignorance.

Your abilities are a figment of your over active imagination.

Needs repeating.

Think of last year's bill that FABI pushed for, and ASHI pushed for, and how it morphed into something that sent ASHI lobbyists who had pushed for it to the Governor, requesting his veto.

Your DEAD WRONG Bill:

Greg Manning, FABI President and Joey Cabellero FABI Director for Legislative Affairs PUSHED THIS BILL since October of 2006. Greg and Joey were personally contacted and they both confirmed there support of the bill. Suncoast ASHI Chapter had a meeting last Tuesday, they are also in support of the Bill.

As one of the members of FABI's legislative committee members, I reached out to you for support against the Bill. We had a 20 minute conversation about this specific Bill last month. I have yet to hear back from you or your comments about the conversation you had with the FABI membership.

This Bill is NOT about NACHI. It is about the HI industry and soon to be lack of in the State of Florida. I believe Doug Edward's last posts are dead on accurate and I am in complete agreement with them.

An annoucement will be made very soon about the State of the State Chapter. Trust me, no Florida NACHI member will be disappointed.

Jay,

If I can be of help with the Chapter let me know and thanks again for all your help and support.

All Fl NACHI inspectors have to get involved with the fine tuning of this bill. We have to all work together.

Mold Law
We are almost excited here in Naples.
IAQA (the real indoor air quality assoc) tells us we may not have to even take the exam. They lobbied for their members.
We can hopefully raise our inspection fees more.
In time, fewer Home inspectors will be pretending to perform mold inspections.
Insurance fees possibly will be less.
We are adding another inspector in a few months and being married with 2 kids he wants $$$ so like I said we are getting excited.
Will the client want to hire a licensed mold assessor or one that will be licensed in a couple of months, years.
That comment that you're just home inspector was cruel.
This is an emotional issue for sure.

We have performed over 12,000 real estate radon tests in 6 years, we may be selling a radon testing business soon if our mold inspections continues to grow.
We only do about 15-19 molds a week but this may change with this GREAT new "law'.

Just a little food for thought, have a great week, we are.

Thumbs up Re: Florida Licensing Bill - Action Soon

Jay Schwartz, count me in. I'm ready to support in getting this mess square away. A state chapter is much needed since we are the biggest association in the state of FLORIDA and counting. Our voice will be heard in the capitol city (Tallahassee). Lets keep the state chapter close to Orlando so we will have an strategic location where we all can visit and meet. From the panhandle of FLORIDA we are ready put some pressure.

Jay,

They supported the bill as written, not with the current changes, and there was no financial support from FABI this year.

I believe Greg Bell & Jay Schwartz have it under control.
