This is not entirely accurate as the SOP and COE are not defined as of yet. DBPR has the right to assign a different (not conflicting) term of involvement for the contractors under their conception of a code of ethics. I hope all the HI associations are and will be pointing out that the time honored ethical considerations they have adhered to are more consumer friendly and honest than what is being pushed by others.
