Default Franchise Tax for LLC
Having trouble figuring out what I owe on my franchise tax for a LLC. Anyone have the formula? If I'm reading right it says you owe no tax if your earnings are less than $300,000. Just wanted to check before I turn this in.

Your reading correct. No tax under $300,000
