Get where we are going with this?

The PHIC defendants filed a huge brief arguing that they should not have to reveal the owner of this dog under oath. The Judge ruled in our favor and they are now required to file an answer. www.nachi.org/phicscam.htm Once we have others testifying under oath as to whom it was who started this false rumor, we will take the pet owner's home and turn it into a hands-on training facility for inspectors.

The wheels of justice turn slowly.

If I were the pet owner who started this false rumor and I was about to have other inspectors in other states testify under oath that I passed around this false rumor for the purpose of harming InterNACHI... I sure would be giving Nick Gromicko a call.
How is this different than Molly in Kansas?

Q: Does anyone know why there are no dogs out there that claimed to have passed the NHIE?

A: No damn pockets to hold the $225 fee thats why.

Nick all you need to do is begin charging a nominal fee to take the NACHI test and those wise-@ss canines will be stopped dead in their paws, err I mean tracks.

James Braun... it isn't any different. That's the point. We have a bunch of inspectors testifying about who started the false rumor and created the false picture specifically designed to libel InterNACHI and harm InterNACHI member's businesses.

Someone's dog is going end up frying his owner's goose.

Nick....I think these guys are all referring to your promise to sue the Kansas inspector who claimed to have a dog named Molly that joined NACHI. You solicited proof and they gave you the names of several persons at a meeting who heard it announced by Mr. Barnes.

They still believe your promises, Nick. Let them down easy, okay?

Proof it happened isn't quite enough. We need proof of damages which the PHIC guys, who relied on the pet-owner's word that the story was true, are all providing nicely.

They used the story to harm InterNACHI member's busineses.

Isn't Realtors snickering enough proof? Isn't legislators disregarding NACHI home inspectors and believing A$HI inspectors is enough proof?
So what you are saying is that we got to show direct proof that this has hurt NACHI inspectors? Well it sure has not helped! Isn't slander enough? Thanks for your response so far.

We know for a fact that he spouted the claim at several of his fireside chats with other inspectors in the room. Nick requested help in determining this as fact and has been given statements by those present. If he did it at these meetings, you can rest assure he's said to the KAR group and the Legislature Group and probably showed them proof with a copy of the Kansas roster. As for Nick's letter to the Gov, well I'm sure Molly had that covered too, with a heads up warning.

LOL! Oh, I didn't mean I need proof for myself. I know exactly what happened. I mean I need proof on paper. Something I can hold. Something I can enter into evidence. I'm gathering that from other inspectors but if you have something, send it to me.

Scott Patterson is absolutely partly correct.

I was a sitting member of ASHI's National Board when we set up the 3rd Party corporation (EBPHI - by the way coming up with those 2 names took the better part of 1 Board meeting) and then took our revised ASHI test, moved it to the new test and crowned it the NHIE.

We placed our Asst XO (Noel Zak - No relation to Paul Zak from Americas Call Center) and put her in charge of the Whole Tamale; named a Board of Directors (all ASHI except the 2 public members); put the Trademark in ASHI's name; officed them in the ASHI HQ in Des Plaines; loaned them money, paid bills, etc. We did that for at least 5-7 years before it became obvious they weren't at that time capable of paying ASHI back (cause the debt ASHI held on them was well out over $120,000).

Now at the current time ASHI has foriven the debt and a couple of years ago (less than 4 gave back the Trademark), and they are now a totally independent 3rd party neutral un-association biased organization.

Hi Nick,

I not aware that ASHI is doing that. I don't how they get the information, unless it is from state that the person is taking the NHIE for. Once they get their state license many if not most states make the inspectors contact information public. I do know that ASHI does or did search all of the state home inspector license listing sites to send letters out. I'm betting that this is what you are thinking about.

EBPHI does not even take the exam registration information, it is taken by the exam providers. Depending on what state you are in the would be Pearson VUE, AMP or PSI.
