That whole vendor thing was mostly my fault. My instructions were not to be fair. My instructions were, in fact, to be brutal.

OK, so you did lie and called us all liars. Now that makes you the liar

Not witty, just facts. You lied, oh wait a minute, your just stretching and your post is present for the facts. So you're witty? I suppose you could be half right.

You know, someone can be convicted of murder even though the body was never found.

prosecution will loose it's case, especially if the accused is never questioned to tell his side of the story. If you were the accused, you would agree with me. Your worse than some preachers I know. John McKenna, CMI (TREC #4565)

No, that I wouldn't agree on. It appears that the accussed is fearing to take the stand and might incriminate himself to a higher degree. No testimony on behalf of the accussed has been presented to the contrary at this time.
Besides, this should be discussed on the thread two lines above this thread. Let's get back to the licensing issue. I'm getting the feeling you need to soar some more tonight. Nachi #03091108 Olathe, Ks Nachi Member of the Year 2005 Foundation for Safer Housing, President |

Paul, don't give the Reverend (oh, I know, NO ONE has ever called me Reverend) the validity of trying to present your opinion and expecting to convince him, or for him to even respect it, for that matter. Every time you reply to his self-serving posts, you only provide the pulpit for him to shout from. You suffer, and are at a disadvantage, from having to have your arguments MAKE SENSE. He does not suffer from this restriction. He suffers from only his desire to keep the cash from NACHI flowing in to his classroom. I blame no one for not agreeing with my point of view, and actually enjoy a good, HONEST, open debate of issues. You will not get that from the Reverend. But the last time I checked, the $289 I pay my dues with, and you pay your dues with, are just as green as the ones that he pays his dues with...and give any member the right to debate the direction OUR association is taking. Don't validate this moron by letting the Nachi Member of the Year for 2005 to be drug into a name calling contest and a "did not, did too, did not, did too" debate. That is all you will get from him. Take my advice, ignore him.
Just my 2 cents worth! Now, let the mayhem resume!!! Last edited by jvogan; 1/22/09 at 1:03 AM.. |

I have sued several renters before and when they was asked to appear and did not, the judge ruled in favor of me. Why do you think the judge did that? According to your logic, if Tafeen would not have shown up for court, he would not be a convicted felon now. You have been drinking too much of your sacramental wine, John. A man needs to defend himself when he is innocent. |
