I may be and am probably very wrong - so be gentlel:
but when I contacted the State of Florida last year concerning teaching Home Inspection courses - I was told that came under Adult Education and Specialty classes and that it does not require a degree in education.

dang.. this is an interesting poll.
Less than 1/ 2 of the nachi members agree that inspectors should be held accountable to our paying customers in many ways...

You're right, I forgot that part. Sorry, was trying one of RR's marqueritas and lost my head for awhile. Darn - RR was right - enough marqueritas really make agents look more tolerable.
