Apparently beginning July 1st 2008 Baltimore county MD has a new law requiring all landlords of small multi unit apartment buildings to get a home inspection once every three years.
Anybody have more info? Here is a link to the story. http://homeimprovementnews.blogspot.com/ |

It's been going on in Missouri cities for years.
The inspections are "code" inspections conducted by city inspectors (or those contracted by the city) with a short list of "priority" items. The folks pay anywhere from $75 to $95 for these inspections. James H. Bushart Professional Building Analyst, BPI Missouri, Kansas and Arkansas 314-803-2167 |
