Department explaining that they don't make a profit, that they reduced real estate agent fees to $5/year after the program got funded.

The hand-raising count of InterNACHI members was amazing. Almost everyone is an InterNACHI member. Great turn out guys.

Jay pounded the mini-Minneapolis association all day.
Claude McGavic of the mini-Minneapolis association that wants to permit contractors to offer free home inspections as loss-lead generators for repair work finally cracked and got up in Jay's face during lunch. Jay told him, "Hey, everything I said about you is true." Claude would not defend his mini-Minneapolis association publicly during the meeting because he knows the charges are all true. I think Claude McGavic might be the only member of the mini-Minneapolis association left in Florida... and like termites... that is one too many of them IMHO.
