The only way one can determine what is causing a mold problem is through a holistic understanding of building science and condensation and grading and moisture intrusion and EIFS and stucco and HVAC and roof leaks and plumbing leaks and foundations and ventilation... and that is why www.IAC2.org requires all applicants to first be a member of InterNACHI.
