Nick, I know it was a direct quote. My impression was that most people there were in support of experience requirements, protored tests and full E&O for mold. I also agree building science is very important to mold assessment; continuing education is and should be required of every mold inspector. If home inspectors are better mold assessors we need some in Southwest Florida. From the dozens of mold reports from home inspectors I have on file , we do not have any of the ones you're talking about.
