If anyone just wants to inspect for WDO and is not going to apply pesticides, all you have be is a pesticide technician. There are no CE credits needed. All you have to do is pay the DEC or EPA a couple of bucks a year. This holds true for at least New York, I assume it is the same everywhere. You shouldn't be applying pesticide on inspected houses anyway. This way gives you the certification and is much cheaper and less time consuming.

Not true in PA.

You should check the municipal Licensing requirement in your State prior to conducting WDI Inspections.

You are right. Never assume anything. That could get you in trouble. Althought it makes no sense that you need to be an applicator to inspect for WDO's.
