Hi All-

I just got off the phone with Nancy Seats, the President of Homeowners Against Deficient Dwellings (HADD.) Jim Bushart helped us out with this one. We'll be filming an interview with her in St. Louis regarding her views on regulation of home inspectors and licensing.

She's done a lot for home inspectors in her area.

She also asked if you all could take a few moments and sign their petition. They are a grassroots non-profit and need thousands of signatures to be heard.

How about sending someone undercover into a a real estate seminar soon to be held in the Midwest called "Slaying the Deal Killer". Record it and let's all hear what the real estate salespeople have in store for those who are not cooperating with soft reports.
