Has there been any further progress on this?

I have a realtor requesting that I use PHIC's compliance letter or he won't accept my inspection as a valid inspection.

It also appears that the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors is now on-board with them and PHIC has them included in their compliance letter.

The same PAR / PHIC form has been in use since before 2002. Last updated in 2004.

Standard form that all are free to use.

I bet there is a run on diapers going on at Walmart right now, and the pressure is only going to increase as the years drag on. This may lead to some very well known people being exposed. Wow.

Just to make him happy I filled out the form but I took off all of PHIC's letterhead and other information.
