Unless you are an ASHI member. I would like to hear if Joe F.or Mark C. has any suggestions on what to do about this. I know it is Kansas law, but it is not right. I am still waiting on my attorney's response. I have to cover myself, my clients, and the RE agents I work with. Perhaps I could just have my wife yell at them when they come by; wouldn't our spouses be happy with that.

Those who feared losing their relationships with realtors and allowed the rape of the profession in Kansas, Gary, are hardly likely to stand up today. Excuses come much more conveniently, now.

The ASHI logo has become our industry's symbol of shame.

Not too many home inspectors in Kansas will disagree with you, Nick.
