Notice

we have had to return many of the renewal application packets received because of the following issues:

1. Insurance certificates made out to company's and not individuals. Your registration is for you as an individual not the company. If your insurance carrier listed your company as the insured, you must be listed as an additional insured. The same is true for bonds.

2. The khirb is not listed on the document as certificate holder as listed on the application.

3. Continuing education certificates which do not include the required information as listed on the application.

Failure to provide the information as listed on the application can cause a delay in your registration. All renewals not received by december 31 will result in a reinstatement fee of $50.00.
