In my area, California central valley, Lennar has stated no Chinese dry wall was used in houses they built here. "All of their drywall came from local suppliers"?? What ever that means!!
Ought to be an intesting outcome, hope they all have "deep Pockets"!! Will be interesting who gets stuck with the liability!! Builder for cutting corners, manufacture for defective product? The lawyers are salavating just about now, they will all get the hard money, the consumer a coupon for "replacement" drywall!! Last edited by Steven C. Meyer; 4/25/09 at 5:08 PM.. |
