Florida Liscencing was a by product of poor inspection standards and training for many years .The fact the the majority of N.A.C.H.I. members voted against the grandfathering is interesting since it appears that they felt the need for continued requirmenst and training. I have pesronally seen a decrease in inspectoin complaints and after praticing for 12 years have heard them all.The D.B.P.R. is a goverment interity that really do not want this mess but it's all we got, we are going to have to work with them. The Continued proffesional service provided by N.A.C.H.I. inspectors and the integrity to look not just 5 years but 30 years down the road for the sake of the industry is what is important.

Maybe this letter (attachment) from a South Florida Attorney to multiple government officials may shed some light on the issues with My Safe Florida Homes, the WCE's and the battle that is being fought to preserve our constitutional right to work while protecting the public interests and our tax dollars.

I wasn't able to attach the exhibits because the file was to big. But this was in response to a letter written by Florida's CFO Alex Sink asking our State reps to revive the MSFH program.

I will attempt to attach that letter in my next post.

Thanks to all, remember if you agree with the attached contact your State rep in writting and protest the WCE monopoly.

As promissed attached please find the exhibits afforded by the attorney which go together with the letter I previously attached. The first exhibit is the letter from CFO Alex Sink.
