Jeff,
I haven't heard anything recently either. I'm going to join Michahi soon. They keep a good eye on what legislation is being passed or brought up.

Last I heard it was dropped because their wasn't enough time before the close of last years government stuff. (what ever they call it.) My understanding is that the whole thing would have to be re-introduced this year if they were going to do anything about it.

As of right now I have not heard anything about it being re-introduced yet... That would mean that they would not be able to get to it again this year again. Maybe next year?

I may be wrong but I think Michigan's year end is sometime around Aug. for passing laws, bills, etc.
