Default Missouri Legislature Passes HI Legislation.....
....kind of.

In the waning moments of the last day of the legislative session, the legislature ignored the HI legislation and passed a bill to combat sex diseases.

Their first step in combating sex diseases was to decide not to screw Missouri home inspectors.
