True, just kind of looks bad when a non profit org is run by someone who owns a for profit corp that manages the non profit and 2/3 of the non profit member dues go to the corp of the ED that runs the place.....

If the organization is willing to spend that much, they are entitled to do so.

I can't say. You didn't state that the value of Nahi's membership dues didn't equal the amount paid.
You asked specifically if the membership knew about the accounting issues.

I've seen the way you and others treat members that question the "status quo".

Members who ask questions get blasted by you and others.
Non-members who ask questions also get blasted.
