Default Need Help : LLC opened under my name?

I live in California and just discovered that an LLC was formed in my name. Upon further investigation it looks like I am the only member and it was formed 6 months ago. Well it looks like as the only member I am responsible for the taxes due the first 3 1/2 months which are $820 dollars right now.

This LLC was opened by my dad without my permission over the internet, is there a way I can get out of paying these taxes since I never intended to open the LLC in the first place and it has done no business?

If it has done no business... Why do you owe taxes?

Dissolve the LLC

Excellent information can be found in the member's only section. Oops. Someone looking for free legal information. Go to the State Bar of California. This site is for Home Inspectors.
