I am curious, do the non home inspector topics include Chinese Drywall, Formaldehyde testing, mold inspections and other environmental issues not covered by home inspector standard of practice or home inspector insurance??

I agree and rarely venture out of the NFE Forum unless someone else starts one of these threads elsewhere and it gets hopelessly lopsided.
