Nevada Real Estate Division meeting on changing home inspector CE requirements.

The Nevada Real Estate Division is having an inspector workshop regarding changes to the Nevada home inspector regulation. The meeting is on October 2nd at the Grant Sawyer Building in Las Vegas but will video conferenced to the Legislative Building in Carson City.

Topics to be addressed will include

• revising provisions governing approved courses of instruction for an original certificate as a certified inspector
• revising provisions governing courses of instruction for the continuing education required to renew a certificate as a certified inspector
• and revising the list of courses that do not meet the standards for continuing education.

Everyone is encouraged to attend.
