Default New Colorado Law; Realtor Cannot Recommend an Inspector?
Is this true or is this a business policy of some of our real estate companies?

Never, that would NOT be in their best interest. They want to be the "owner operator" of the inspector, and many like the "advertising fees" they receive.

Now, if an realtor can not recommend, that's change I can believe in!!

It is becoming a popular policy here in CO. That is why it is so important to do your own marketing and not rely on agents. http://www.nachi.org/directories.htm
