There is a “Public Hearing” this coming Thursday April 30, 2009 that starts at 9:30 AM. {I have provided the information below.}

YOU will be allowed to speak at this hearing.

So…. I ask you to look on the right hand side of the page and read the following articles.

These “amendments” will affect;
1. Your ability to get a License.
2. If and when you get a license, the way that you conduct an inspection.
3. The “INDEPENDENT” National Examination {NHIE}
4. Any and all complaints filed against you.
5. The “amount” of the fines that you will have to pay.
6. The “fee” for a license. {One board members said that $600.00 was fine with him.}


7. Your ability to stay in business.

• If you think that the “Law is Etched in Stone” and that the amendments will not affect you…. You are sadly mistaken.

For all practicable purposes Your livelihood is at stake.

I have taken the time and trouble to download them for you so that you can make your own clean copies.


For those of you who are coming to tomorrows {Wednesday from 6:00 Pm to 9:00 PM} State Chapter meeting at “The Yard Restaurant” I ask you to bring this paperwork with you.
