Frank... you are truly dillusional if you believe that Nick will institute ANYTHING at ESOP. He has no reason to. I, on the other hand, have cause to call for all members' resignations this evening. I intend to take Blaine Wiley's advice and assess what ESOP has become and what it needs to be.

After which, I will invite back those members I believe can fit the mold, and add new ones as I see fit.

I can assure you, however, that we will cease being the message board police, especially if Nick is unwilling to take action or heed our advice. We will continue to deal with ethics issues.

When several on your own committee call you unjust, your response
is to call for the resignation of everyone? You are really paranoid

Why don't we have term limits for the COE committee?
