There was some underlying positives that came from the meeting, one is that with the factually faulty technical issues presently in the form and the implied misrepresentations that inspectors would have to attest to when signing the form it is not possible to approve in its present state.

Another positive outcome I believe was achieved for InterNachi in particular after the hearings conclusion, this I will discuss with Mr. Nick Gromicko, but it is a very positive step forward to recognition of the InterNachi community of inspectors. Lots of work ahead, but it will be well worth it for us and the citizens of Florida.

Due to the amount of catch-up work on my desk I will not be able to give more until I clear so issues up in my company, Nick if your reading this I will call you in a day or two.

So now, the powers that be, will access where their best interests are served and derive a course of action that will be most beneficial to themselves. Same as before.Only time will tell..... but, I am willing to bet nothing substantial will change. We still won't be doing these inspections even after the state has certified and liscensed our proffession.
