Default NH licensing

Looks like NH has passed SB212 and we are now a licensed state as of 01/01/10

PS this is unofficial as we have not heard confirmation from our NH chapter president and the NH commandant of legislative affairs.

This says it was due out of committee, yesterday. Looks like it has made its way through your senate and is back at the house for approval. Not looking too good.

James, I have heard second hand... outside my NACHI chapter that this bill will pass and they are looking for recommendations for board members.

I'm just sorry that I hear this from outside my chapter..... Must be why I'm loosing faith in what NACHI has to offer. JMHOP.

Peter,
You are right it is second hand information.

I'm just sorry that I hear this from outside my chapter.....
You have my E-Mail address, and you have my phone number....

I have said on more than one occasion that members of the ASHI Board of Directors {NNEC} told us that they monitor this BB and that it uses any and all information that it can get to use against us / NACHI.

Must be why I'm loosing faith in what NACHI has to offer. JMHOP.
I will not discuss our political strategy on this bulletin board. Do do so only weakens our position..
