Kind of a misleading headline, first comment proves it. Apparently the thief was an AHJ employee (code inspector), not one of us; a bona fide home inspector.

You, Nick, and I know that however the overall public perception will be he's a home inspector due to the title. Regardless just like any business you will have your good and your bad.
