Default NY and SC reciprocity?
I hold a NY HI license and am thinking about living part of the year in South Carolina. Does anyone know if SC and NY have any kind of reciprocity for HI licensing? Or would I have to start fresh in SC to get licensed there?

Not sure, if so, you will still have to take the test I think.
