If we are going to hope I hope OBAMA care gets repealed. Mandate home inspections on every home that is for sale to put millions of people to work doing the repairs needed. Have the owners pay for the repairs, and raise the price of the home to compensate for the owner’s repair fees. Sell top quality homes quickly. Put them to work doing painting, landscaping, roofs, clean-ups, etc.
