Your rather uninformed on this bill. It is not dead, it has been referred for a sunrise review and pending that review may go back to the legislature in the next or any session for the next 24 months.

There is currently a non-denominational group of HI's who are meeting in Seattle to reshape this bill (or create a new one) that is fair to all inspectors.
