Most banks want it. It helps me get a lot of home inspections.

Hi to all,

I believe quite a number of jurisdictions require a septic inspection before sale of real estate. in Massachusetts it is mandated state wide under "title 5"

That's the I hear it, too. County usually do the septic thing...

Is your county inspector anything like mine
"It is not running over the hill so it is fine" and if it was "It is on more than three acres. The neighbor is not complaining about it running in his back yard. So whats the problem"
This is government at work.
