What should be changed to Florida License

We now have it - We say we don't like it - We want to change it

So where is the punch list??

Should inspectors be able to do work on a home after closing? (This will upset contractors)

Should the bug man be able to become a licensed HI and then make the bugs go away before closing. (I don't want bug in the home when I move in)

Should the Florida Gov. Require me to inspect to some COE or SOP?

Anyone had time to read the bill?

Jay was (is) going to send out a question sheet to all of NACHI Florida members sometime in the future. This is just some food for thought before he gets it out

Needs bigtime changes.
