That is the bad thing about swabs or tape lifts, you only know what is growing in just that small of an area. You move over an inch and it could be a different mold growing.

Anytime you do a mold test, you are suseptible for litigation. There are no standards. Molds change daily. Quanities/types can change at any time. Just some of the reasons that I "do not perform mold/substance testing, evaluations, testing, and are not part of the reports".
IMHO, it would be best to get into a relationship with an environmental testing company to do the swabs, evaluation, and testing for you. Long term, it may make you look better. IESO has standards for mold testing. These standards have been proven to hold up in courts of law.
