Exactly James. When I first started out I had one area for the client signature. Now I have the client initial about 10 areas of the contract saying
I agree and understand................, and then they sign at the bottom. I still get the occasional call from some unagreeable person that does not understand.
Believe me, when push comes to shove it does help.
