Default Statute of Limitations in Texas

Does anyone know if there is a staute of limitations regarding the number of years after an inspection that an inspector can be sued in the state of Texas. I heard people toss out anywhere from one year to four years, but can't confirm.

Thanks

According to my lawer it is two years from the time the person can sue. For a buyer that would be two years from closing.
