Effective September 1st, 2007, all inspectors that renew their license must provide proof of E&O insurance coverage, even though TREC is still waiting for clarification of the type of insurance required by SB914. This survey is designed to get an idea of what effect this requirement will have on our industry. Your information will be compiled with the other responses and be available for viewing on the Champions Inspector Association website, at www.ciatx.org. Your personal information will not be posted, however, we ask that each inspector respond only once, and include your name and Inspector number for that purpose.
