Default Texas Mold Law
Texas Mold Licensing Law takes effect on Sept. 1, 2003

5-23-2008
Florida inspectors will have to deal with a similar law in 2010. It would be helpful if some of the Texas inspectors could post comments concerning their law now that it has been in effect for a few years.
We work here in Florida with one mold assessment company from Texas and they like the law.
